To be entered in this competition, you must fulfil the terms and conditions below. Where we refer to “Robertson Low” or “we”, we mean Howden Insurance (Ireland) Limited trading as Robertson Low. Registered office: 48 Ringsend Road, Dublin 4,D04 EK2K, Ireland.

This competition is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. This competition applies to brokers only who attend the online introduction session for the launch of BusinessProtect and TradeProtect, and opt in to the prize draw provided by Robertson Low, part of Howden Insurance (Ireland) Limited.

2. The competition is open to all residents in the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees (and/or their immediate families or households) of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies.

3. You must attend the online introduction session for the launch of BusinessProtect and TradeProtect, provided by Robertson Low, on Wednesday, 24 September 2025, and opt in to the draw on registration.

4. The competition prize is one €250 hotel voucher, redeemable at a hotel of the winner’s choice, subject to availability and the hotel’s own terms and conditions.

5. The prize is not negotiable or transferable. No substitute or alternative vouchers will be available. The prize is not transferable for cash.

6. The winner will be chosen at random and contacted through the email and/or phone number provided to organise collection of the prize.

7. Robertson Low will aim to ensure that prizes are delivered within 14 days from the date of winner acceptance.

8. Robertson Low reserves the right to draw an alternative winner in the event that no response has been received within 5 days of contacting the initial winner, or if that person is disqualified after verification checks, or if Robertson Low considers that any winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions. Robertson Low’s decisions are final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

9. Robertson Low reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or amend this offer at any time without prior notice.

10. Breach of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification from the special offer. The decision of Robertson Low in this matter will be final.

11. Robertson Low will not be responsible or liable whatsoever for: a) Any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem in any network, system server, provider, delivery service or otherwise which may result in email  information being lost or recorded and you hereby waive any claim whatsoever for any losses, costs, damages and expenses arising from such problems. b) Injury or damage to any person upon delivery or use of a special offer supplied.

12. Robertson Low may, with the winner’s consent, publish details of the winner, with photographs and footage of the winner with the prize in its publications, social media pages and websites.

13. To the extent permitted by law, Robertson Low shall not be liable for any loss, claim, expense or liability to any party arising from the special offer or participation in same.

14. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

15. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any entrant to the competition or accept any liability for any direct or indirect loss, and/or damage, occurring as a result of participating in the competition, including by not limited to, taking up the prize.

The Promoter reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, exclude or disqualify any participant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition, or who is in breach of these T&Cs. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where is becomes necessary to do so. These T&Cs shall be governed by Irish Law and any dispute arising out or in connection with this competition be dealt with exclusively by the courts of Ireland.
